With over 34 years in nursing and two decades in corporate healthcare leadership, she empowers women to “come off mute,” step out of the shadows, and use their voice with clarity and conviction. She holds a BSN, MBA, and a PsyThD in Biblical Counseling and Leadership and Organizational Development.

Dr. Rita Renee is the Vice President of WBON Women Business Owners Network and President-Elect of NAWBO Greater Raleigh. She is also co-owner of Gibson & Gibson Licensed Financial Professionals, where she focuses on wealth education and legacy planning.
